Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customers’ requirements through an online communication platform
  • Coordinate and complete customer recruitment advertising content with clients and customers in other countries
  • Style or format requirements and resolve customer requests or queries via email
  • Ensure advertising content accuracy
  • Check the contents of the advertisement, ensuring it does not have any discriminative or sensitive content
  • Compliance with relevant process flow
  • Generate reports as required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business course
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good business writing and communication skills in English
  • Attentive to details and values accuracy
  • Has initiative and ability to learn quickly
  • Good team spirit, positive attitude and patient
